One of Two Strangers
SAMPLE
JUNE 29 & 30 | 2023
Why must you leave me this way, gorgeous? Coexistence will never be satisfactory if one party is forever suffering. The societal outcast has no footing, little resources, and no one in their circle who will lend a loving hand; ultimately, left to rot. Beneath the baking sun. For $1.29. Thirsty. With no skin care! We will witness them. They are not going anywhere. We will witness them. Despite shielding our eyes and sulking beneath ignorance, or flashing them a nod and sparing a dime, they are there.

This piece is a continuation of Esteban Rosales and Landon Grant's, Two Strangers on a Bridge, originally performed for Arizona State University's, Something Fresh I dance festival.
